…what to pack with me to New York?! I’m used to dress by my mood and feelings, which makes this so hard, cause it’s impossible to know what I feel like wearing beforehand! I’ve done some planning now, and I’ve decided to pack at least these things below. My packing can’t go completely wrong, if I have my favorite things there. Like leopard pattern, faux fur, black leather, a white transparent shirt and my favorite shoes… I’m relying on you guys! And I think it’s about time to take my Topshop boots in to use, I can’t be walking in high heels all the time.
So yeah, there’s still more planning to do. I need to have the kind of clothes that work together, that can turn from a day-time outfit into night-time outfit. I could do another packing post when I’ve figured out more, if you want! Oh, and if you have any kind of packing tips, feel free to share them!

Elämän vaikeita valintoja…. Mitä pakata mukaan New Yorkkiin?! Olen tottunut pukeutumaan fiiliksen mukaan, joten pakkaaminen tuntuu välillä mahdottomalta. Ei sitä voi etukäteen tietää, mitä tekee mieli milloinkin pukea. Muttamutta, pienen pohtimisen jälkeen tulin tulokseen, etten mä nyt kovin pahasti voi epäonnistua, jos on ainakin luottojuttuja mukana. Esimerkiksi leo-kuosia, valkoinen läpinäkyvähkö kauluspaita, mustaa nahkaa, tekoturkista ja lempparikorkkarit. Ja eiköhän ole jo aika ottaa käyttöön Topshopin bootsit, en mä siellä pelkillä korkkareilla pärjää! Kaupunkireissuilla tulee muutenkin käveltyä sen verran, että täytyy mukavuuskin ottaa huomioon.
Vielä on mietittävää pakkailuissa, mutta voisin niistä vielä raportoida kun olen edistynyt pidemmälle, jos haluatte. Ja hei, jos teillä on jotain (ihan minkälaisia vaan!) pakkausvinkkejä, niin kertokaa ihmeessä!
Maybe you could wear you ” fake ” leather leggins along with that ?! It’s simple but edgy at the same time.
If you had like an ” electric blue ” blazer or an emerald green blazer to brighten the outfit a little and give it this bubbly-poppish touch. And I’d say get rid off the Leopard bag. That screams a bad message. Definitely not Fashion Week material.
Also, if you don’t want to make a bad impression, get rid off the “faux-fur” thing because you never know what people might say. The US fashion world/media is a bit touchy when it comes to the ” fur ” subject. And they’re right, “fur” and “leather” are a BIG no-no due to their animal fabrics.

You can maybe take your Orange Aldo bag to give your outfit a pop edge.
Along with the shiny fake leather leggings.
Jeans are a big no-no to fashion week.
Oh and your leather jacket you got from Zara with the gold touches !
You would look sleek along with the shoes, the sheer top, fake leather leggins, the topshop heels and the necklace ! And the Aldo bag. Simple but chic.
OR
The maxi skirt, with the topshop heels, the sheer top and the leather jacket. And I feel strongly about keeping the Aldo bag to give it a more lively edge.
BUT
Please stay away from Leopard, Jeans and Faux-Fur.

I love, love, love these picks! I think you should take whatever you personally like and feel comfortable in, I know that it is fashion week, however you’ve become so successful as you so you shouldn’t need to change.

My tip for packing would be to put together a couple of different outfits with as few clothes as possible. That way you’ll save space. (And can still sneak in some stuff last minute, because your suitcase won’t be bursting, haha!) HAVE FUN IN NYC!

Alle Kleidungsstücke auf dem Bügel lassen, übereinanderlegen und zusammenrollen. So zerknittert alles am wenigstens und man verbraucht wenig Platz.
Ich hoffe du kannst verstehen, was ich sagen will.

Packing is so hard! Especially with unpredictable weather – it’s been warm in NYC lately. How long are you gone? I’d encourage bringing basics and then doing lots of shopping when you’re there :)
