my morning routines

Today after waking up and laying in the bed (after sleeping for eight whole hours, imagine a hallelujah music here hahha) I started to think how my mornings have developed and how I’ve created my morning habits. I love mornings nowadays, but that hasn’t always been the case. Now I start to wait for morning already when going to sleep, it’s so important to create routines that work for you. So yeah that’s how I got the idea today of showing how my usual morning looks like!

Tänään aloin herättyäni miettimään aamurutiinejani, ja miten tärkeitä ne mulle nykyään ovat. En joskus aiemmin ollut aamuihmisiä ollenkaan, mutta elämästä on tullut paljon nautinnollisempaa kun on oppinut arvostamaan aamuja, ja löytänyt itselle toimivia ja kivoja juttuja, joilla päivä lähtee käyntiin. Päätinpä siis tänään samalla kuvata mun aamurutiinit, nyt kun ne on niin vakiintuneitakin ja kehittyneet itselleni täydellisiksi!

First waking up (obviously), and starting to go through things with my iPhone. Instagram, Facebook and messages with friends, and finally when my brains start to work properly reading my e-mails.

Sängyssä selailen usein herättyäni kännykällä läpi kaikenlaista, Instagramista, Facebookista, Whatsappailusta ja vähemmän aivotyöskentelyä vaativasta (haha mitenkään loukkaamatta kavereitteni viestejä) työmeileihin asti, vaikken kännykällä vielä niihin jaksa useinkaan naputella vastailuja.

After getting myself out of the bed, I drink half liter of water, sometimes with lemon. After that I take a small spoon of coconut oil, put it in my mouth and gargle with it for fifteen minutes before spitting it out. When I heard about it the first time, I thought it was ridiculous, a thing that some crazy hippies have made up. But after hearing so many good things about it later, I decided to give it a try myself too. Now after doing this every morning for almost two months, I’m hooked! I think my teeth are whiter, my mouth is healthier and more fresh, my skin is better (I started to use this in cooking too), and it reduces the morning face puffiness. If you google “oil pulling” you find lots of things about this, with my experiences I can recommend too! Can’t say for sure though if my skin has gotten better because of this, or because that time I started to pay more attention to good fats too (handful of nuts and one avocado per day!), but maybe overall the good fats.

Kun olen sängystä päässyt ylös, juon ensimmäisenä puoli litraa vettä, sitruunalla tai ilman. Sitten purskuttelen teelusikallisella kookosöljyä vartin ajan, syljen sen pois ja purskuttelen vielä vedellä päälle. Pidin alkuun tuota kookosöljypurskuttelua aivan hulluna, ajattelin oikeasti että voiko naurettavampaa juttua ollakaan kun siitä ekan kerran kuulin. Mutta niin mäkin vain päädyin kokeilemaan sitä, kun olin tarpeeksi monesta suunnasta kuullut terveysvaikutuksia ja kokemuksia. Kaks kuukautta kookosöljyllä joka aamu purskutelleena voin sanoa, että hampaat on omasta mielestä ihan selkeästi valkoisemmat, iho parempi, suu tuntuu terveeltä ja raikkaalta. Googlaamalla löytää muutakin mitä kaikkea hyvää tuo voi tehdä. Ihon kunto on voinut parantua myös siksi, että tämän tavan aloittaessani aloin kiinnittää myös huomiota hyviin rasvoihin paljon enemmän, päivässä menee nykyään yksi avokado ja kourallinen pähkinöitä, mutta luulen että molempien juttujen summana on tuo muutos ihossa tapahtunut!

For breakfast I’ve found out there isn’t anything better than oatmeal! Some people think it makes you sleepy, but I really crave for something warm and comforting in the morning. I put in there also cottage cheese, so it keeps the hunger away at least for three hours.

Aamiaiseksi syön kaurapuuroa (pikahiutaleista tehtyä, helppoa ja parasta!), enkä osaisi kuvitellakaan kyllästyväni tähän. Jotkut sanovat puuron unettavan aamulla, mutta itse kaipaan jotain lämmittävän lohdullista aamiaista, vielä kun raejuustoa laittaa sekaan niin pysyy nälkäkin vähintään kolme tuntia.

Frozen berries, cocos flakes, honey and cinnamon, then it’s perfect!

Jäisiä marjoja, kookoshiutaleita, hunajaa ja kanelia, sitten se on täydellistä! Nauhalta vielä salkkarit tai ensitreffit alttarilla pyörimään (hahah kyllä!). Just pari aamua sitten tosin ties mitä järkytyin kun puurot lensi valkoiselle sohvalle, mustikkatahragooglailun jälkeen kuitenkin puhtaaksi tuli.

Coffee is the final part of breakfast, which leaves me feeling full and satisfied! For it I use espresso (made with an old-fashioned espresso machine) and either soy milk or oat milk. (Properly said soy or oat drink, since they are not allowed to have the word milk in them, haha random fact). 1/3 espresso and 2/3 “milk”, or half and half if I feel like I’m tired give me coffeeee. And a sprout of agave syrup!

Kahvi vielä viimeistelee aamiaisen jälkeisen tyytyväisen fiiliksen, ja juuri se oikein tehty kahvi. Yleensä 1/3 espressoa ja 2/3 soija- tai kauramaitoa. Tai siis soija/kaurajuomaa, sanaa maitohan ei saa käyttää noiden yhteydessä, kun eivät ole maitotuotteita. Haha tärkeä korjaus. Niin ja loraus vielä agavesiirappia makeuttamaan!

While sipping my coffee I open my laptop and start reading and answering comments. I also read new posts of other blogs through Bloglovin, I have my favorites that I open first, then scroll through others.

Kahvia hörppiessä avaan aina koneen ja alan lukemaan kommenttejani, vastailemaan ja käymään läpi kaikenlaista. Muita blogeja tulee luettua Bloglovinista, aina ensin tietyt lempparit jonka jälkeen satunnaisesti sieltä täältä uusia postauksia.

And finally getting my face ready! First washing my face (Clinique/Kiehl’s/Philosophy washing gel), putting contact lenses (I use glasses only at home), applying Clinique Clarifying lotion with a cotton pad, then Kiehl’s Hydro-plumping Serum, and Vichy’s Aqua Thermal Rich Creme. That’s the perfect winter time face cream!

Sitten eteenpäin! Kasvot pesen Cliniquen, Kiehl’sin tai Philosophyn puhdistusgeelillä, sitten laitan piilarit (lasien kanssa en ole poistunut kotoa lähi-Siwaa edemmäs), jonka jälkeen puhdistan kasvot vielä Cliniquen kasvovedellä ja laitan Kiehl’sin kosteuttavaa seerumia ja Vichyn kasvovoidetta. Täydellinen talviajan voide!

Mornings are me-time that I love, that’s when I try to set my mood positive for the day, feel relaxed and get ready for whatever I’ve planned to do. Even if my days vary a lot, my mornings really don’t. Until I get bored, then I probably figure out something new!

Do you have any similarities with your morning things compared to mine? Or do you have some else morning habit you just have to have?

Entinen arkirutiineja kammoava minä olisi ihmeissään, jos olisi kuullut miten niistä tulisin joskus nauttimaan! Aamu on päivän tärkeimpiä hetkiä, silloin on kiva päästä oikeaan moodiin hyvää päivää varten. Vaikka päivät vaihtelevat paljon, saa aamu mun puolesta näyttää aina tältä!

Onko samankaltaisuutta teidän aamujuttuihinne? Tai löytyykö teiltä jotain omaa pakollista aamurutiinia, joka hyvän päivän saamiseksi on tehtävä?

    The first thing I do in the morning is also checking Instagram, Twitter and my mails when I’m still in bed, I confirm that it helps waking up well.
    In my morning routine I’m always careful to spend some time with my lovely cat before heading to work :)

  2. I find it really hard to drink water when I’m not thirsty so I also put a slice of lemon to make it more bearable to drink. How do you made your oatmeal? Do you cook it or use the microwave? Soy + oats and bamm they are done? I eat them almost everyday, for breakfast or even as a snack and like to add the same as you do, berries, coconut flakes, cinnamon and honey but sometimes I add chia seeds or nuts.
    Thanks for sharing a bit of your skincare routine, I hope you do a more complete one. Like day-time routine/night-time routine. Would love to see what products you are loving at the moment. Btw, love the nail polish, is it from Essie? Which one? ;)

      That’s true, it’s not as boring with lemon! And healthy too. I make my oatmeal with quick flakes, I just put the flakes in a bowl, boil hot water and pour 1,5 dl of it in the bowl and mix. One minute and it’s ready :) I don’t use soy for my porridge, just the flakes and water. Porridge is the best breakfast, and you can variate it with so many things, but yes those extras you mentioned are my favorites! A night-time routine would be fun to do, so probably coming up! :) Daytime routines vary a lot but I could still do more “day with me” kind of posts. Hihi yes I think that’s Essies Adore-A-Ball.   6. Love this post. Having a morning routine is really important. I’m glad you finally got a decent sleep. I took a day off work today and I slept almost 12 hours last night. I feel much better for this and I think I just needed to recognise I had taken on too much.

      They are, a good morning turns easily into a good rest of the day :) Yes I think I’m finally getting rid of the sleeplessness, 7 hours is now starting to be usual, hopefully soon the 8 hours I used to need before this. Oh wow you slept for so long! Good to load the batteries :) x

    I’ve never been a big morning person, but having early classes this semester forced me to wake up. I’ve sort of tried to keep a stable morning routine and I must say there’s nothing more energising and motivating than that!
    I’ve heard of ‘oil pulling’ it sounds great but it’s one of those things I’d probably forget to do every morning..

    Right now is 7:33 in Mexico, and it might seems I am a morning person but actually not, I just wake up a little bit earlier to check out all the social medial (insta, fb, pinterest, whatsapp) buuuut as a medstudent is kinda difficult to have a proper morning routine! :( But normally the only thing I do is to take a shower (I try to do it night before, so my hair is dry to wave it) put some mascara, lipstick, grab some coffee and go! :/

    I also start my day browsing through my social media. It really makes me more awake. And I think I should start my morning with a glass of water, but maybe with lemon like you in your pictures, because I hate the taste of water in the morning (so strange…)

      Yes that’s such a good habit, I’ve found that too. And I know what you mean of the taste with water, sometimes it’s easier with either lemon or lime, or maybe frozen berries… A water with a hint of taste is better!

    Voi vitsi, oispa itselläkin niin paljon aikaa aamuisin, että saisi rauhassa siemailla kahvia :D Tai siis olisihan sitä, jos haluaa herätä TODELLA aikaisin… Yleensä kuitenkin valitsen pidemmät yöunet, nappaan tuorepuuron jääkaapista mukaan ja syön aamupalan vasta töissä. Onneksi on sentään viikonloput!!

      Tuorepuuroa en ole vielä kertaakaan kokeillut, tuota pitää kyllä maistaa! Ja totta, sitten ainakin osaa nauttia viikonloppuaamuista, jos menee kiireessä ne arkiaamut, väsyneenä oon niin samanlainen että menee se uni kaiken edelle :D

      Kanebo’s Fluid Finish has been my favorite for a long time, but I’m also using now Armani’s Luminous Silk and Clinique’s Beyond Perfectn. That last one is the best one for coverage, don’t need concealer when tapping that under the eyes and around nose etc :)

      Thank you Eden! :) Yes that’s delicious I think, and especially if you are preferring dairy-free products. I feel a little more fresh after changing from normal milk to soy milk/oat milk/almond milk.

    There are lots of things we have in common regarding the morning routine! :) usually, I’m checking my phone (mainly Instagram) first thing after waking up, but I’m trying to abandon this habit and postpone it until I’m having breakfast. I think it would be better for me to gather my thoughts right after waking up. I’m running (or making yoga) every morning, that’s what takes most of my morning time. Of course showering afterwards and then comes what makes my morning routine similar to yours: I’m totally craving for oatmeal, every morning! In case I don’t have enough time to cook some, I switch to homemade bircher muesli with soy yogurt (also very yummy!). Afterwards getting ready for leaving or starting “home office” (studying at home :P)

    I just love your apartment! It’s so cute, just the perfect size for a single person and so perfectly furnished! :) actually I was changing some of my decoration during the last year and came to the conclusion that it looks more and more like yours :D just placed another order at Zara Home!

    Mulla on pysynyt aamu- ja iltarutiinit aika samoina monta vuotta.Aamuisin tykkään herätä sen verran aikaisin,että ehdin rauhassa juomaan kahvia ja syömään jotain,joskus laitan jopa kaurapuuroa.Tuo kookosöljy vaikutti kiinnostavalta,vaikka en tiedä tulisiko itse kokeiltua tuota purskuttelua :)Täytyypi lukea lisää siitä.

      No I’m not. :) I try to prefer dairy-free things, milk products in big amounts doesn’t suit for me so well, I feel more fresh with non-dairy things! Though I can’t give up on some things, like cheese!

        I am the same. Just make sure you get enough calcium so you can also buy these non-dairy drinks that have calcium added to them.

  32. The first thing I do is wash my face and brush my teeth. It helps me feel refreshed and awake! Speaking of oil pulling.. I’ve been hearing about it everywhere! This is something I need to try. I already use a lot of coconut oil in cooking, so oil pulling is the next step!

      Molemmat, Air on nyt jo kolmisen vuotta vanha ja vähän kärsinyt, Pro uudempi ja en vielä ole päässyt kunnolla fiksailemaan sitä kuntoonkaan! Pian siis vaihdan siihen, nyt esim teen blogijutut ja melkein kaiken vielä Airilla, kun tässä on kaikki ohjelmat. Prossa mulla riittää myös totuteltavaa Retina-näyttöön, tuntuu että kaikki näyttää sillä niin erilaiselta ja jopa eri väriseltä :D

    I drink green tea imstead coffee and sometimes I drinl also water with lemon but I should do it more often. :) My morning is little bit hectic necause I sleep as long as it’s possible, then I do the routine like cleaning teeth, cool the tea, dress up, make make-up, breakfast and then go to work. :) But during weekend I check in the bed the Instagram etc. and then enjoy the long breakfast. :)

    Hey, what time do you usually get up? I find myself much more productive and I feel much better about myself when I get up rather early (7-8 am), but then again sometimes I just can’t manage to get out of bed (I definitely do not have sleeping problems like you… maybe my problem is the opposite :-D).
    So are you an early-riser or do you sleep long sometimes?

      That has varied a lot, usually a little before 9AM, but with the sleeplessness I’ve woken up at 4AM and forced myself to stay in bed until 8AM. But it’s getting better, so I’d say between 8 and 9 :) I have phases when I’m an early bird and sometimes a night owl, but in general more of a morning person! :D Thank you Christina, so sweet! <3

    I wash my face and do my makeup first! Then get dressed. Around 20 minutes later… maybe more haha I go and get some breakfast and make sure I have everything I need in my bag, I am very forgetful :( I use pai skincare because it is cruelty free and I try to buy cruelty free when I can even though it is so hard to avoid :(

    Mä teen aika samoja juttuja kun sinä (kookospurskuttelua lukuunottamatta) mutta yks ihana käynnistys aamuun on käydä pienellä kävelylle hyvän musiikin kera. Sen jälkeen kunnon aamupala ja kahvi!

    Mukava postaus muutenkin:) aamu on kyllä mun mielestä päivän tärkein hetki.

    Since some months ago I also take oatmeal for breakfast but with natural yogurt and honey. I really love it.
    As my face cleaning routine I take the Clinique’s 3 steps cleasing and then Clinique’s face cream. My skin got so much better since I started this routine!

      Suosittelen kokeilemaan Elovenan pikahiutaleita, mä oon koukussa niihin luomu pikakaurahiutaleisiin, jotka on annospusseissa. Kiehauttaa vain vettä kattilassa, laittaa hiutaleet kulhoon, 1,5 dl vettä sekoittaa joukkoon, ja minuutissa valmista. :) Laitan myös raejuustoa ne pari ruokalusikallista sinne samantien, teelusikallinen hunajaa, kanelia, ripaus suolaa, vaniljamaustetta, kookoshiutaleita, ja jäisiä mustikoita+vadelmia.

    Since my Internet provider is a bit messed up and I have to type a connection password every morning, I do that first, go to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth, and when I come back, I check everything you mentioned(Insta, FB, twitter). I also need time before starting to read emails lol! Love these photos, by the way. ^^

    I drink water when I first wake up too! I like putting liquid chlorophyll drops into it because it gives me energy and is really good for other things as well. And whenever I can remember I like to oil pull too. I would’ve never thought that you did that, really cool to find new things out :) Usually I eat oatmeal too because it’s really easy to make and doesn’t take too much time out of mornings. This morning I tried overnight oats and I really liked it and it’ll give me extra time in the mornings :D Have a nice day! <3

    Itsekin rakastan nykyään aamuja! Mielummin herään vaikka puoli tuntia aiemmin, jotta saan hoitaa rutiinini rauhassa, kuin että lähtisin kiiressä syömättä aamupalaa. Omat aamutoimeni kuulostavat hyvin samankaltaisilta arkiaamuisin :)

    I also tried this oil pulling thing for a time, and I totally agree with you! It really “cleans up” your mouth, and I read that it improves your health in general (because it kills bacteria). So I’m convinced that it works and is good for the body, too! :)

      Tosta voisin postata kyllä, hyvä idea :) Syön illalla useimmiten joko banaanipannareita tai smoothieta, tai jotain vähän jälkkärimäistä, kun iltaruoka tulee usein syötyä seiskan aikaan. Puuro varmaan hyvä iltapalanakin! Meikkivoide top kolmoseni: 1. Kanebo Fluid Finish, 2. Armani Luminous Silk, 3. Clinique Beyond Perfecting. Eka on kosteuttavin, toka smoothein (?), kolmas peittävin. Usein miksailen meikkivoiteita keskenään!

    Hi! I also love mornings but I don’t like to pic up my phone until breakfast. I clan my mouse and my face. I drink a glass of water, eat a fruit and make my breakfast (coffe whit milk, two toasts) White I check out my instagram and bloglivin. And then I get dress. Bye!!

    Great pictures! I’ve also started to eat oatmeal every single morning and it really helps to kick start the day :) But I tried oil pulling and at first it was really disgusting ( even with coconut oil ;/ )!
    So any suggestions? Does it get better or do you get like used to it?

      Hmm, too bad, maybe that’s just not a habit for you then! :/ Or maybe you can give it a try a few more mornings and if it still feels disgusting then forgetting it. I like the taste of coconut so I didn’t find that disgusting even in the beginning! Thanks for the comment! <3

    I also have a morning routine. The first thing I do is wash my face and then I brush my teeth and tongue to remove all the plaque that has built during the night (I want to do that before I drink anything so that the plaque doesn’t go into my stomach). Only then do I drink about half a litre of water (one glass with probiotic to get some good bacteria into my gut) and a glass with glutamine, and then some tea. Then I make myself breakfast. In the evening I wash my face, have a shower, floss and brush my teeth, brush my tongue, put and antioxidant serum on my face, followed with a moisturiser. :)

      15 minutes. The first time you try it might be a bit yuk because you need to get used to the taste and the fact that you need to have it in your mouth for so long, but then it’s fine.

    It’s crazy, I’ve probably read your blog since 2010, but I’ve never left you a comment. kind of a bad habit, because you deserve it so much! I love your new website on indiedays and the fact that you’re answering your comments, so here i am! ;)
    After reading that post I was laughing – about three weeks ago, my mum told me about the oil-pulling and forced me to try it out. I’m using sunflower oil, because it’s very neutral, but next I will try out coconut oil, I didn’t know it works with it either! I’m so relieved to read that I’m not the only one with my age doing the oil-pulling and liking it! :) (Yeah, first I thought my mum went crazy, but she was totally right! My teeth are feeling cleanier and healthier and it’s a good way to get off bacteria.)
    Because some of your beauty posts a while ago I started trying out Clinique products too :) I’m using it now for about one year and it was definitely a good tip! (it’s expensive, but it’s worth it – my skin is much better now, thx :) (btw – a big beauty ritual post would be great!)
    I love your decor and cooking posts, too, since I’ve started living on my own I’m always thankful for home ideas and new recipes :D

    Ah, vannon oil pullingin nimeen! Ekan kerran otin sen (säännöllisen epäsäännölliseen) käyttöön pari vuotta sitten ja sen tehoon ihastuneena kirjoitin aiheesta blogiini (http://www.leeniviio.com/2013/09/13/valkoiset-hampaat-luonnollisesti/). Siitäkin on jo puolitoista vuotta, mutta edelleen purskuttelen. En joka aamu tai matkustaessa, mutta täysin ilman en enää osaisi olla en, vaikka hieman omituiselta homma kuulostaakin… ;)

    Entisenä unettomuudesta kärsijänä saat kaiken sympatiani aamuyön heräilyyn. Itselläni kesti noin vuosi päästä ongelmasta. Taustalla oli stressi, johon aamuyön unettomuus yleensä viitaakin (kortisoliarvot alkavat nousta). Suosittelen rauhoittavia iltarutiineja, magnesiumvalmistetta (ei-oksidi!), hiilihydraattipitoista iltapalaa (liian vähäinen glukoosi/matala verensokeri yöllä voi edistää stressihormonien erittymistä) ja piikkimattoa.     Hi Marianna!
    I have similar morning routine. I start from quick refresh my face and I make my breakfast. It always has to be healthy and gives me an energy for morning tasks. I like coffee too, but I can’t drink it a lot, it has bad infulence for my body. Instead I drink green tea or yerba mate, I recommend it :) I think skin care and breakfast are more important parts of every morning.

    I wake up and groggily scroll through social media first thing in the morning. Then brush, lens, dress and have a glass of some homemade drink and drive to university. I should start having proper breakfast already as I get so hungry!

  71. On weekdays I always take my shower first. Then brekkie while watching a recorded TV series. I eat the most in the morning. A dessert cup of muesli, lots of cinnamon on the top – and water since I’m lactose intolerant and don’t long for any other type of… drink. Then one Finnish style toast with cheese and cucumber, followed by another Americanized one with peanut butter and low sugar jam. And of course coffee.

    Ok, I’m kinda late, but I’ll share my morning routine anyways because I think this is a great post!

    I have super early mornings. I usually wake up at 6 am, then I check my phone (mainly instagram), then I take a glass of water (250ml) – I never tried it with lemon, maybe I should do this and the oil pulling too. Then I do a green juice for breakfast that I eat with whole grains bread and cottage cheese, fruits (banana, papaya and strawberries) with oatmeal, honey and chia seeds. This gives me super energy. When I’m feeling lazy I only have an ice tea with tapioca and scrambled eggs. I like to read the newspapers or watch early news on tv. Then I take a good cold shower, skincare routine, make up, get dressed and off to work.

    Hi, Marianna, I love reading articles about different people’s morning routines so i get inspired and this is a great one!
    My own morning routine is also waking up with the alarm and then browsing through my social media. Then, I will put some music on to wake my sleepy mind up. Most of the time, I make myself a huge class of green smoothie which is already prepared during the weekend and freeze in the frige. In the end, I take a cup of coffee to make myself even more awake. And I am ready for the morning beauty routine before I head to work.

    I have to leave for work at 6.45 every morning and coming late too, because my job is very far. And it makes it so hard to have ‘me-time’ in the morning. But every morning, while rushing, I feel how important it would be to have some time to just slow down, set the right mood for the day, enjoy the morning with a good no-rush breakfast etc. Thank you for this post, Marianna, it definitely inspires me to do something about that ;) <3

    There are similarities in my morning routines, like for example checking intstagram, Facebook and e-mails. Although my mornings are lacking specific routines, now that I am not heading to Office every morning. Maybe I have to find new morning routines and definately tyrniä that coconut oil.

    I have a lot of similar morning habits as you, I start my day with glass of water sometimes with lemon, I love oatmeal for breakfast, love this warm breakfast with coffee. I can´t imagine another breakfast – especially in winter. Start with positive thinking is the best way how to start the new day:))

    Toi kookosöljy juttu kuulostaa niin hassulta, mä en pysty kuvittelemaan miten pystyy purskuttelemaan vartin putkeen, yleensä pari minuuttiakin tuntuu ihan liian pitkältä..

    Olisinpa muuten itsekin näin aamuihminen, tekee tuskaa herätä puolttoista tuntia ennen töitä ja siinä ajassa ehtii max. peseytyä, vähän meikata (aurinkopuuteri ja kulmat) ja syödä jotain pientä.. Oon niin mahdottoman hidas aamuisin ja jos haluisin tollee kunnolla tehdä kaiken, niin pitäis herätä jo viideltä kun työt alkaa seiskalta.. Mut ehdottomasti yritän kans tota veden juomista heti aamusta :)

      Sama oli mulla alkuun, viisi minuuttia teki tiukkaa enkä voinut uskoa että oikeasti tarkoitettiin viittätoista minuuttia! Mutta ei mennyt montaakaan aamua kun siihen tottui, nykyään samalla teen kaikenlaista aamutouhua ja katon vain kellosta sen about vartin ennenkuin sylkäsen pois. Mutta uskon ettei jokaisella oo helppoa tuota mahduttaa aamuun, huh jos olisin kuvitellutkin kouluaikoina mahdutettua ylimääräisen vartin siihen, ei olisi tullut yhtään mitään. Veden juonnilla taitaa olla sitäkin suuremmat terveysvaikutukset, eli siitä vain aloittamaan ihmeessä! :)

      Kuivuus ja satunnaiset näppylät kadonneet, ja tuntuu jotenkin helpommalta olla ilman meikkiäkin, en tiedä kuvittelenko että se olisi yleisellä tasolla vähän hehkuvampi/eloisampi. Eli aika isoja muutoksia, jos sitten on tuosta johtuvia, toinen tekijä voi olla se että oon niiden hyvälaatuisten rasvojen syöntiin kiinnittänyt huomiota. Mutta googlailulla löytyy ihovaikutuksia tuosta purskuttelusta paljonkin! :)
